My car broke down late Saturday afternoon and I managed to reach One Stop to make sure I can have my car towed to them. They met me on site and even though they couldn't get it looked at that day they were very responsive and professional and told me they would get to it Monday. Monday morning they called me with the fault diagnosis (broken front axle) and said they can have it fixed by end of day after fixing the axle and test driving to make sure everything was in order. They got my car back to me with the fixed axle and some other service (outer tie rods) I had been meaning to do by the afternoon. Service and communication were great, price was reasonable and I know they worked very hard to get my car back to me asap. Very happy withe One Stop and can only recommend it to others! I cannot recommend this repair shop. They were able to get me a good price for my repair. Adam also called me after hours to make sure I had pictures and an estimate for my insurance. But it took them a week to diagnose the issue, and almost another week to fix it. They were being short with me the last time I came to grab some things from my car, and didn't give me an adequate update or timetable on the repair. I was basically being hovered over while doing this too. The driver side carpet was also left dirty. Update: My coolant is leaking. I originally brought it in to repair a radiator leak after an accident. I have to bring it to another place now. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning
