These guys are great! They took the time to find the clanking under my car and helped remedy the issue, which meant I had to return to another business to get it fixed. They even coached me on what to say. Then they didn't charge me. They really take care of their customers!
When those warning dash lights go on, you know not to ignore them, no matter how much you dread what it may cost you. J and the team at Plymouth Auto Care got me in same day, were reasonable, friendly, and honest. Got me in and out in less than a 24-hour turnaround for a pretty considerable repair. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and communicated with clearly. Time estimates were right on. Coming from a family of mechanics, its rare I need to rely on a shop for car repair, but the team at Plymouth Auto are true professionals, and I would definitely return and highly recommend them!
