Jeff and his team were awesome. They completed my brakes same day, with fast and clean service. I was worried about having to wait while my car was serviced but the facility is clean and hospitable. Had a fabulous experience here. They are in network with Carvana and Jeff handled all of that for me and had my car repaired within just a few days. It may have cost more than I was expecting (because I didn’t know my front brake calipers were bad), but the Midas team got my car in and out within four hours. They had to fix my brakes, replace a tire, fix another tire, etc., so I was quite impressed that not only could they fit me in right away, but they finished the same day. Meanwhile, Detroit Garage’s Canton location still hasn’t even bothered to reply to my service request, which I sent in almost a week ago. Midas definitely wins for best customer service.
