We have taken all of our vehicles to Ken for years and he’s always been super fair in regards to pricing! He even squeezed my car in to repair the brakes when they failed the day before I had my son!
UPDATE: Affordable had my van for 5 days at a cost of $175 and couldn't fix the problem. I took it to Plymouth Auto Lab where Brett and the guys fixed it in 5 hours! It turns out that the no-name brand spark plug coil that Affordable installed had a crack in it and in addition they didn't bother to replace the spark plug itself which was fouled. Do you think that Affordable will refund my $175 ???
