I’ve tried two different times to get an appointment with the Canton location by filling out their online appointment scheduler. Both times it said they’d get back to me, but they never did. I’m not sure why they waste so much money sending coupons to my house since they don’t seem to care about scheduling people. On the bright side, Midas did a great job with my car. They got me in the very next day and actually emailed me as soon as they got my request. EDIT: Nice try, but no. You already told me you couldn’t review appointment requests from when I first tried to set one up. Remember, you changed your system? But now you suddenly want me to believe that you can? Sure. Also, I NEVER received anything from Detroit Garage the first time I tried to schedule an appointment. No email, nothing in my spam, no phone calls, etc. But I can see now how you run your business, and I will NEVER try to schedule with you ever again.

Had my vehicle serviced here for the first time and was not disappointed. They successfully diagnosed my check engine issue and corrected the problem. Staff is friendly and establishment is clean. Maybe I caught them at a good time. My repair was completed the day after my scheduled appointment. If I took my car to the dealership I would normally go to, I would have had to wait a week. Plan to use them for future needs M Grace Canton.
