I always have a great experiences taking my car to Monro! They are super easy to schedule, never try to oversell you on unneeded extras, and they are very reasonably priced. Cliff has helped me serval times and I always get excellent service from him!
I called for a winter tire switch on a Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day. Other places nearby won't give appointments for winter tire switches and require you to leave the car for most of a day. When booking, I was told it would take an hour. I arrived on time and they took the car right away. It was done in about 55 minutes. I worked using the WiFi in the lobby while waiting. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you.
Consistently they are my favorite place to take my car. They are quick and work with me to make sure my car is running safely. I love this location and drive out of my way to come to it instead of others.
