Please be aware all Alpharetta Milton resident both brothers of the original Campbell tire have died Somebody has bought out their business they are not honest as the Campbell brothers were day long...they are scammers... do not go to this businesses... ruining a good name.

Was able to slip in quickly for a 4 tire mounting and balancing. I usually let poor or shoddy workmanship or service slide and just don’t go back but this could be a looming problem for other unexpecting customers. I was not impressed with the fact the tech did not hand torque the lug nuts on my audi. I was literally standing there watching him jam all lug nuts on with the power wrench. Can’t believe they would have such high reviews and not provide due care to all of their customers cars. There appear to be other reviews noting the same issue with not torquing correctly so their techs need a refresher. Seems like a liability issue for them. Fortunately I have my own torque wrench and will resolve the issue on my own but why should I have to when spending hard earned money on supporting local businesses trying to make it. UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE - so this business' customers are supposed to watch everything done in the garage and advise when corrections are needed. Then why are

They lost my trust. I was a customer for years, but their techs are careless. The last straw was when they torqued the alloy wheels on my sedan to OVER 140 ft/lbs (+50 over factory spec). It took a breaker bar to take off the wheels and the studs were speckled with aluminum shavings. I then remounted & retorqued (with a torque wrench) after cleaning the hubs (which they didn't do) and inspected for damage. On the comeback the counter guy was nice and said sorry, but their tech got lippy, arguing that the manufacturer torque spec was 'Too Loose, Too Loose'. I left angry and am NEVER coming back. One time they broke all four wheel locks on my car, installed four rusty (swelled) lug nuts and did not mention it. The (SUV) wheels were over-torqued that time as well, but only by 40 foot pounds. This shop is probably fine for trucks, the prices are fair, and they are nice people. But I don't trust them.
