Midas

Even though I had a appointment I still had to wait 2+ hours for a simple oil change. On top of that their messaging system does not work and when it was mentioned that I didn’t receive a text or call or email that my car was done the cashier just brushed it off. To make it even worse my car and black oil / grease all over the steering wheel, start button, white cloth seats and door panels. This happened to my other vehicle as well but i thought it might have been a one off thing and they told me to contact a link to help make this right, well that link does nothing and I’ve yet to every hear ANYTHING from the store, this was 6+ months ago.

David and Jacob are extremely helpful and professional. I had a leak in my front left tire which they promptly fixed for me. They had in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! Highly recommend them! Thanks Guys!!!

Five negative stars. I am a customer of Midass for 5 years with 3 cars, But I had a problem with this location in the last 4 months. The day before I went to Midas, I made an appointment to change the oil of 2 cars at 8 am. I visited at 8 am on Saturday and they told me that we are busy, I visited at 8 am on Saturday and was told that we are busy and the oil change will take 1-2 hours. Leave the car, we will call you. I came back at 10:30 and was told that it was not finished, while other cars were being serviced. I came back for the third time at 11 o'clock and saw the workers sitting down and The location of the oil change service pit it's empty, I asked again it was finished or not. Telling why you came, we will call you today to complete the oil change of your car. This means that I have to wait for Midas to call me all day Saturday to change the oil of my 2 cars that I had previously scheduled. I took my car keys and took them to another Midas Location and They were busy as well
