Had a wonderful time and experience as always and great excellence within customer service ,and attention overall , and always a welcoming ambient family like too which is a rare thing these days honestly, great ambiance, kind and friendly staff and a huge thank you to Steven Calvo amazing service & kind dude honestly and the rest of the stuff in general too but sticking with this guy for now surely. One of the main honest reason I have lasted so long with the Nissan dealership really their fast and great service over all and been with them now 9 years !!!! and looking forward to many more honest from the heart never ever have i had a bad experiance whatsoever not once, keep up the great work guys trust me the little things go a long way to make someones day a lot better and great service and professionalism and kindness do tend to go a long way. Very disappointed. I found a car through the AAA car buying program. Call the office and made and appointment to come the next day. I specifically asked if the car in question was available. The agent said yes. They sent me a text message with all the details of the appointment. When I arrive they told me that the car was sold in the morning and the tried to offer me another car (more expensive and with more miles). If they had my information and cell phone number the courteous thing to do is to have notified me that the car was no longer available. I lost valuable time that I will never get back. I seems like the usual bait and switch approach to car sales.

Ok...as long as a Service Advisor looks up and makes eye contact with you when you drive up???? The cashier didn't even look at me, just took the paperwork and started removing staples. I said, "Hi"???? If Publix offered auto servicing, I'd give THEM my hard-earned money instead. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant enough, and the lobby was clean, as usual. What can I say...
