I had an overall great experience. I went in for a routine oil and tire rotation with out an appointment. Associate greeted me and was upfront with how long the service would take. Had a minor mishap during the service and brought it up to my advisor. The advisor took immediate ownership and apologized. While I was waiting for the situation to be corrected, my advisor reached out to the Service Director and told him about my situation/experience. I had no intention of going to the Service Director as my advisor handled the situation immediately and without excuse. To my surprise, I was given a complementary service on my next visit. Accidents happen but they handled it perfectly. Bravo! Definitely coming back again.
