Juan Mesa has always been my to go guy….. very attentive and knowledgeable. In my last visit he was not available but I had the honor to be help by Mr. Luis, who was very attentive, helpful also. AutoNation has never let me down.
Customer service at this Autonation location is great. Service Representative Eddy Suarez has done the extra mile on the last two occasions that I took my car for service. Even though I showed up with no appointment, Mr. Suarez took my car and he made sure that the job was properly and diligently done. Thumbs up for Autonation Ford and Mr. Eddy Suarez.
