DP Auto Service

Came to DP Auto for an oil change months back and a rotor/brake pad change recently. They did both jobs at average price for labor. Unfortunately, after the brake change, when I got in my car it reeked of fast food, the back cup holder was down and there was soda in it along with straw wrappers littering the floor, and the AC was cranked up. They had used my car to eat lunch in and did not clean up after themselves. They also rummaged through the spare wheel well to get to the wheel locks (which I understand were needed for the brake change and I would’ve happily got them for them) and they left that in a messed up state as well because when I checked it things were left in a pile and the floor cover couldn’t even lay flat on top. Overall, I had a good experience with the oil change but this last experience they really disrespected my space - they used my car outside of purpose and didn’t clean up after themselves. A few weeks after getting a new SUV a warning about low tire pressure appeared while I was driving near Connecticut Ave. I pulled int DP, a nearby placeI knew nothing about. They quickly found a huge wood screw on one tire, removed it, and patched the tire for a reasonable charge. Now a year later I was again on Conn Av with grandchildren and about to drive out of town. Again the low tire pressure warning appeared, so I I returned to DP. This time the tires were slightly low on pressure but no punctures. Driving a few blocks did not turn off the warning, so I returned. Apparently my SUV system requires resetting after such an event. One of their mechanics knew that & soon we were one the highway. A few days and a few hundred miles showed no new warnings and their help was without charge!
