My car battery could not have picked a better place to die all of a sudden! After pumping gas at the station, I had the unfortunate experience of hearing clicks when trying to start my car again. Stuck at one of the pumps, I went to the cashier to report my situation. At first he was unsure he could help since it was late in the day, and then out of nowhere one of the technicians from Tenleytown Auto came out, inspected, the situation, and changed my battery on the spot! The friendly and super quick service was amazing and appreciated! In all, the entire impromptu experience took 20 minutes. I highly recommend them to anyone who values incredible service from experienced people willing to go the extra mile to provide the best service out there!

I had to drop off a work van after it overheated in DC. Didn't call or make an appointment. Just rolled up with a disaster. Had to go get my other van to unload our stuff from their work area. They were already looking into the problem before I got back. They communicate well via text or phone calls. Problem was fixed in a timely manner and I got back the van in a day.
