This is exactly the kind of place that everyone looks for in an auto body shop. They are trustworthy, reliable, communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. It is clear that they care for their customers and want to do the right thing as the bottom line. They were very helpful to me in one of my worst experiences. While moving across the country with all of my things in my car, I got into an accident that totaled my car. It was obviously a very upsetting situation, but I found myself in very good hands at Autobody Dimensions. They really took a lot of stress off of the situation, from assuring me that my stuff would be safe, having understanding for me being far away from where they were working on my car (I had to finish traveling to where I was moving), and knowing that they would try their best to make things work for me in terms of price and quality (with the hopes that the car could be repaired and not totaled).
