Bethesda Import Specialist Inc

I have been bringing my 2007 Volvo XC90 to Bethesda Import Specialist for years and they have always done an an excellent job with maintenance and any repairs. The quality of work, honesty and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Mike and his team! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

For the past 10 years I been taking my cars to this repair shop. These folks are the best in town. The professionalism, customer service and HONESTY is second to none. There are no gimmicks like at the dealerships, always telling that your vehicle needs something else once the car is no longer in warranty. I recommend this car repair shop any time. They did a good job with my car, regarding a malfunction information light that appeared on my dashboard. One week ago they sent me away at no charge since my 2008 VW Jetta has very few miles on it. I was told the light was reset and I needed to drive my car more. It came back on this past Sunday and yesterday I brought it back.This time on closer inspection, a cracked air hose was found. Three hours and $455.51 later, I was back on the road. I am grateful to Mike and Scott, I just wished they had found the problem the first time. The mechanic loudly voiced his dissatisfaction that I had not been charged the week before, but he apparently did not take the time to look closely then. I only have 11,000 miles on the car. This is a good place with overall excellent service.
