Tire Discounters

We picked up a lug nut in a tire will visiting the area. These guys were able to patch the tire quickly to get us back on the road. Very nice staff.

I am from TX, and am working in Alabama, and took my Tahoe to Tire Discounters, David Mgr, for an Oil Change. The wait was minimal, and the customer was EXCELLENT!! Generally oil changes don't warrant and special service or treatment, however Davd was friendly, offered me and the other customers there, water, communicated with each of us on our vehicles and expected times of completion. Althoughhe offered other services, there was NO PRESSURE or steering to suggest the need to fix something ASAP. Then after I left, the next day, David gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was good with my vehicle. The way today's society is, especially on social media, EVERYONE is quick to point out bad service, or some way they've been wrong by a company or establishment, but it's rare that acknowledgement is giving for a great job. Although I knew what was being done, I received no explanation of the service that was provided for my vehicle. The person who took my payment seemed as though she could have cared less. I have always had good interaction with the staff there. Just not in this occasion
