Although I knew what was being done, I received no explanation of the service that was provided for my vehicle. The person who took my payment seemed as though she could have cared less. I have always had good interaction with the staff there. Just not in this occasion
Great energy at this location. They were able to find me 4 new tires the same day. While all other shops couldn’t. It was two days before Christmas and they all had such a positive attitude. Pricing was equivalent to Costco.
Got there before they opened. Waited 24 minutes in the rain. They obviously saw me because they waived me off. When they decided it was time to open I walked in and they told me it would be over an hour for a simple tire leak. I also need a set of tires for my Jeep but I will just carry both my leak and tire business elsewhere. Customer service is important.
