Pro: Friendly customer service and great at communication Cons: Had to take car back after repairs were “complete” for them to “tighten all things to spec” due to us hearing weird grinding noises when the vehicle was turning left. Also, and this is why we would never refer them to our friends/family, they neglected to put an engine filter back in our car after their repairs were done. So we rode around for weeks without an engine filter, and only found out we didn’t have one due to an oil change. We would have continued driving even longer without one, had we not had an oil change due. So maybe, if you use them for repairs, take your vehicle past your local dealership as well.. to ensure nothing critically important to your car was left off.. Service: Body & Trim

***Before and after photos attached!!!*** I picked Joe Hudson's Collision Center on 72 W because I worked there for a short time over 20 years ago and they are a preferred repair shop for State Farm. They had amazing service then and the Manager Mark wouldn't let a car be returned unless it was fixed PERFECT! I was so happy when I stopped by to see if my car had made it there and Mark was still in charge! I know my car is in wonderful hands and as long as when they tear it down to get the estimated cost and it gets approved EVERYTHING will be back to the way it was!!!
