Transparent, honest, and down-to-earth! I needed a quick fix on some loose windshield trimming before a long trip, and they let me drive right in to take a look at it, no scheduling or anything. Being such a small job they didn't charge me a penny.

Unlike some reviewers on this site who had some good experiences...This was not the case for my relative, he is just 21 yrs old and owns a used truck, and although he knows auto mechanics-he is learning and can't possibly fixed issues without a shop helping him. He took his truck in twice, and each time no one listen to him when he told them what the truck was doing and how it sounds. For two weeks straight the answer was we are pulling it in today, today never came-and when it did they called to say it was the PCM(despite the issues it was having) it was something else and they fixed it for over $800 without actually waiting for him to make a decision. He picked it up, and less than two days later the issue that brought him in was doing the same thing. They fixed part of the problem without checking to find main concerns. Fixed just enough keep the vehicle running. And for the second time that ive taken this vehicle to them my battery has died less than 3 days after i picked up the vehicle. ive replaced the battery both times before taking it to the shop.
