Parts department needs customer service training. Service department could do better. If you leave a message (if the mailbox is not full) they never return your call (option 3). If you talk to someone they say they'll have someone call you back and they often don't. Quotes over the phone are not what they'll actually charge you, so take down the person's name and have them email you the quote.
Heath in Service was fantastic! Our car appears fixed, and my wife is currently happy! A good day!
