Bad customer service. I gave cashier my card to pay for my brakes. I said I have a coupon in my email hold on a sec. He said he is charging me the price he said and did not let me use my coupon. Terrible customer service.

I’ve used this location for many years. And each employee has always been great and kind. Yesterday was no exception. Paul was patient and knowledgeable when I asked questions about recommended services in order for me to make informed decisions about my car. I plan to always take my vehicle to Express Oil on Lorna Road Service: Oil change

My mother moved here and she needed new tires. This place was the only one who had her tires in stock. She paid close to 1000 for a set of 4. Within two days she had a flat tire. She took it back and they didn't find anything on the tire but they charged to replace her valve stems and failed to do so when she paid for the set of 4. So they did replace them for her when she brought it back but they tried to charge her again for it until one of the mechanics said they didn't the first time. Fast forward ten days and her thermostat broke and she had it towed here and they replaced it in a few hours but had to wait two days to pick up. I think they overcharged her a bit for it ($500) but that is what it is. What they failed to do was properly secure her battery wires at the terminal so I had to go out and jump her van. If you go here just double check their work. That's all I'm saying.
