They really did a very good job with my mother-in-law’s vehicle. They have made her comfortable driving the car again to not have to worry about it. The 4/5 stars is that most of our business in-person was handled in the parking lot as it seems like they wanted us to stay outside until they deemed the problem worthy of receiving the vehicle. I realize it is “a way” to do it, but it felt controlling and not what I wanted to assure my MIL. But I say again, they did the work needed very well, stayed in close touch with me throughout and the work was fairly priced. I would use them and did appreciate many things about our experience this time.

Thorough service so far. Did a real comprehensive multi point inspection. Gave me a printout of the repairs needed and cited urgent repairs I should look into my warranty to fix soon. Suggested a diagnostic to diagnose service engine soon light as well.

Purchased a used car. Salesman was very nice and not pushy. However, the first car chosen failed inspection, 5 stars for the inspection. The Salesman presented us with other options. We settled for another car sight unseen. Drove 1 1/2 hours to finish the deal and get the car. Had to wait because the car was not on the lot. Finished the paperwork and the car finally arrived. It was trashed inside and had not been through the inspection and detail. Had to wait 3 day, over weekend. They gave us a loaner, this was a plus. However, when the car was delivered to us it was not detailed inside and was still dirty. Had to make another 1 1/2 hour trip to get it detailed again. In addition, because the car wasn't on site when we arrived we didn't know the center console had a burn mark and that there was only one key FOB. The Salesman was great but the process was very frustrating and disappointing at times! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
