Was in the area on business from out of town…low tire light came on and figured I had a leak. They got right on it…full inspection-full disclosure along the way-and had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this PepBoys! Great people and great, fairly priced work!
I called this store because they had goid reviews. I work a lot and drive a lot so i need my car to be safe. Blake was very helpful. I called and he ordered the tires that I needed and the price was good. The problem is... I asked them to check to see if I needed an alignment. They said my alignment was fine. I took my car to Toyota the next day for an oil change and they said I needed an alignment. I asked my bf to check the alignment and it is indeed off. I specifically went to pep boys because they're open on Sundays. I work every other day. So now I will have to take more time to get my car right so I don't mess up the new tires I just bought.
Kenny was instrumental in giving me a righteous estimate, which caused me to come back and make an appointment for Saturday. Gloria expertly checked me in and CHUCK, mechanically gifted, fixed my brakes! I am so grateful to all! Thank you Pep Boys crew!
