As soon as my family discovered Vulcan, we don't go anywhere else unless it's an emergency. We trust their insight and they always have our best interest at heart, even working with me to prioritize a timeline for repairs when money is tight.

My buddy took his truck in for balance of tires they busted all 4 center caps on rims because they ran the stainless steel hex bolts in with impact instead of using a screwdriver hex they did buy 4 new caps but when he went to put the center caps on they had left off one of his lug nuts because they did not inform him that they stripped his lug nut threads out so they sent his truck out of there shop with stripped lugs an busted center caps so now they don’t even want to install the new stud but they say they will buy him a new stud so inspect your vehicles before leaving this shop . The only reason they got one star is to leave this post to warn others. Service: Tires

This is a painful review to write as I've been a long-term and loyal customer (back when it was Estes) for nearly 20+ years. At one point, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else - even when the price was lower. I felt that the service received at Estes and now Vulcan was simply superior and worth the perhaps slightly higher price. Initially I typed out a very detailed account of my experiences. After reading, I felt it was too much - perhaps a little unfair. I'll just say that my experience with my wife's Mercedes GLS 450 was not positive. I had two different encounters that ended up costing me a good bit at the dealer to correct. - Over tightened locking lug - Broken motor mount I cannot definitively prove that Vulcan caused the issues; but, I'm pretty confident that they did. - They were the last one to touch the tire with the over tighten lug (100% positive of that). - Prior to Vulcan rotating tires, the car appeared fine in regards to the broken motor mount. The noise, howev
