Fast, courteous service. Normally I go to another Firestone closer to my home, but they could take my car on a Saturday. Very pleased with the work te did and how the did it. Happy to us them again.

Jonathan and Brandon are the BEST in the biz!! They looked everywhere to find me the best (and cheapest) tires and delivered on that promise! I will never go to Tire Engineers again unless I feel like getting screwed and ripped off and taken for a ride. Firestone in Hoover has my business for LIFE!!! Called about having an alignment and a multi-point inspection done because my vehicle was squeaking. They said they could do the alignment, but the inspection I would need to drop the vehicle off and leave it overnight. I left it for the alignment, and they called back a few hours later, letting me know that they couldn't do the alignment because certain parts needed replacing. Out of all of the Firestones that I had been to, this was the first one that caught what was wrong and ended up not doing the alignment because they knew it would be pointless. Definitely would love to come back to this location. <3
