I've been going to this place for many years. He's been very helpful.
Very pleased! If I had to gig them for anything it would only be that their parking lot is super tight! I’m a hotshot from TX and desperately needed an oil change while in WY. They worked me in as fast as they could, were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle even though it’s a new model and lots of changes were made this year.
I got an oil change a couple of weeks ago for the first time in my car. It worked just fine before I went. Afterwards my heated seats, heated steering wheel, and air bag light was on. They said they didn't do anything $188 later and I find out a plug was unplugged under my seat when someone vacuumed. They did vacuum my car and my passenger seat was weird when I'm got in. I'm sure they would never admit they did it and everything is fixed now. Never going back..... They reached out and said to visit another website and they would follow up with me. Haven't heard a word in over a week! Terrible customer service! So I received a call after my last update not from the Grease Monkey on Yellowstone, but the one across town on Lincolnway. The man was very nice and apologized for the issues I had and offered to send me a check for $200. He asked if I would give them a chance at the Lincolnway location. I received the check today.
