Discount Tire

The pricing on the tires were great, but the service wasn't what I expected. I had a 1:15 pm appoint on 8/29/2023 to have tires put on my daughters Toyota. She showed up before appointment and was told it would be an hour and half before they would get to the vehicle. She told them my dad it would only take 30 minutes to do the tires, because she had to go to work at 2 pm. So her mom when and got her and took her to work. While she was pulling out of the parking lot she noticed they pull the vehicle into the shop. They sent me a text 30 minutes later saying the vehicle was done. I picked it up with no problems. Why is it that service writers always see a girl they treat them like they don't know anything? I have been owned a truck repair business for 12 years and have been a mechanic for 44 years never have I ever treated anyone like this it doesn't matter who they are. Oh ya I have changed semi tires fast then what they told my daughter.

Used to be a good place. But these days you better get an appointment or drop off your car for the day. Or you'll be sitting there for 4-5 hours in the cold air conditioned fans for your free rotation/balance like I did. If you say anything they'll tell you it's the "busy season", like it's your fault you came there. They may break a center cap or two and hope you're nice enough to be the one to want to replace them. Oh, you can also watch the kids in the shop move like snails if you want! (Even if you make an appointment you'll still sit for hours like I have before!) Nope never again!!

Very nice and friendly service folks! We ordered tires and made an appointment once they arrived. It took maybe an hour, they were really busy, and they apologized for the wait. The lobby has wifi and A/C so were fine waiting. They changed out the valve stems without being asked - which was awesome because we forgot to ask for that.
