Booked an appointment online and when I got there they stated they couldn't work on my car due to not booking online 24 hours in advance. Spoke to the store manager and they got me in right away. Thank you for honoring the appointment online. Goodyear Online needs to get it together so the online service mirrors the store appointments. From what I was told this happens a lot. Very poor online service, I'll will call the store from now on.
Wheel alignment here is a scam. Paid 90$ online while buying a set of tires. They printed me a page that says camber and caster was not specific by manufacturer. Look how much I have to steer left to go straight. Tires are mounted so I guess good job on that.
There best for tires otherwise I go the dealer for everything else as it much cheaper there than here
