Our overall experience at Boucher Lincoln was very positive. Our salesman, Gus, was very helpful and friendly. I felt like we got a fair deal on our trade-in. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Which is the case for a lot of the larger dealerships. The front desk, the salesmen, the used car manager; they were all very personable and upbeat. My only negative feedback comes from the financing portion of the experience. When the deal was being made final we were continually pressed to get warranty after warranty. We knew that we were not in the market for a big warranty on our used car. It is a very reliable make and model and I typically do not purchase expensive warranty packages as you usually don't get your monies worth. We made it pretty clear we did not want a warranty but the topic was brought up about 4 separate times. I know that car dealerships make a good deal of money off selling these warranties.
