Took my Beetle in to get repairs after I was rear ended. This was the easiest transaction I could've ever imagined! I brought the car in, they gave me a loaner car and off I went! Repairs were done quickly and my car looked GREAT when I picked it up. Thank you for making this an incredibly efficient and simple process. It's so appreciated.

My daughter hit a curb in Milwaukee with the henna van! I called Don and explained that I live in De Pere, my daughter had to come back for school at UWGB. The van was not drivable. We needed it for the weekend. He helped me get it towed to his shop. He quoted me what was needed to fix the vehicle and answered my many questions and phone calls happily. He fixed it as fast as he could get it done which was two days! By the time we drove down to pick it up, I felt like we were friends. He went over and above fixing the van and giving me great customer service! I recommend Don and his crew to everyone!
