Professional service at a fair price. They completed my work sooner than expected and just under the quoted price. There was a small issue after the work was done and they fixed it without hesitation and around my schedule. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return with any work I may need in the future. My girlfriends daughter took her car there to get diagnosed. They did the smoke test, then quoted her almost $1,200 to fix it. She said Ok and when I looked at the itemized receipt it showed the mechanics charged twice as much as a OEM replacement part for that car would have been. They charged $740 for the EVAP cannister alone and the OEM replacement part its listed for $300. They also sprinkled in charges for misc shop items, a hazard fee, and of course their labor fee. They took advange of her because they felt they could get away with it. Mechanics like these give good ones a bad name. Go anywhere else. Answer to Response: Even after an itemized receipt was requested for review, it was not provided until after the bill was payed. I think its interesting that you dont deny marking up the part cost by 200%. Your dishonesty will catch up with you.

Went to start my car and the battery was dead. I have a Prius and with no power could not put it in neutral to move car out of garage to jump. Went up to the mechanics and they walked down with a power pack to get me started. Took car up for battery test and of course it failed. Jim told me that none of his suppliers had the battery I needed in stock. With storm and cold coming I really needed it that day. Jim recommended I go to Batteries Plus. Who recommends you go to a competitor? I wanted to pay for their time and effort but Jim told me no that it was just a neighbor helping a neighbor. I highly recommend these guys for anything. 5 stars plus 2!!!! Service: Battery
