Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently took my car in for an oil change and then had a minor problem later that day. I incorrectly assumed it was due to something that had been done wrong in the process of the oil change. I contacted Valvoline, where I was treated very respectfully. They promptly reviewed the video of the oil change, which they also allowed me to watch, and verified that the part had been damaged when I brought it in. I went in for a simple oil change and my vehicle's check engine light has been on since. I've used Valvoline multiple times in the past and I've never had the check engine light come on before. Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change quickly before heading on a small road trip but being it was a Sunday morning I didn't know where to go. The guys and gals who worked here were fast and pleasant especially early on a Sunday. I didn't have to get out of the car but even if I would have the shop was well cleaned and very pleasant. I thought the price was a little high, especially considering the Ford Works service includes a tire rotation, which this did not but they topped up all fluids including windshield washer fluid (which Bergstom does not.) I was happy that I was directed to a coupon on the website otherwise it would have cost 15% more.
