I've never had a bad experience with this store before but today I specifically searched for "battery installation near me" I was assured they would install the battery since the car had to be jump started to get to the store. When I arrived they informed me that they would not install the battery and that it "requires professional installation". No effort was made to help me get my car started and once I got home, "professional installation" took all of 10 minutes including fetching tools. I can buy online for less and receive the same level of service your store provided me, none.
Most staff are knowledgeable, buying online and picking up at store is convenient and I have not had a bad experience yet
