Tires Plus

I took my Tahoe there on a Saturday in March for a tire rotation. 4 hours later, my vehicle was finally ready. Immediately when I got in my vehicle I noticed that my work ID was no longer in the front cubby where I store it. (It's a deep cubby and I keep it there to make sure I always have it when I get to work.) I immediately called "James- Asst. Manager" he says he knows nothing about it. A few minutes go by, and he calls me back and says "someone just "found it" in the parking lot." I asked him for camera footage and he says there are no cameras. There also were no other customers in the waiting room that would have found it. I spoke with the head of this TiresPlus "Travis" who admits the Oshkosh store has issues. He said he was going to be visiting the store on Monday and would follow up and call me back. Never called me back, and never returned any of my other calls. I then called the Customer Service number and spoke with someone who was going to have a supervisor call me and th

*had to come back to edit to say that aside from James, much of the service we received after making it home safe felt unsatisfactory and uncommunicative. We eventually sold the car.* We were traveling three hours from home for a funeral when our brakes went out on a Saturday late afternoon. This Tires Plus was the only place open who would take us and James, the manager, was kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our really horrible day manageable. Always come to these guys. I took my car to holiday in fond DU lac for an oil change and other work and couldn't top fluids or make sure the psi is right in the tires. Took my car here just to patch a tire because they said they had free time in the morning. Best $30 I ever spent there, they went above and beyond and made sure all my tires were good and at the right psi. I always take my car here when I want something done right because I know it may be expensive but they always run deals or have some type of promotion. Also best customer service at any mechanic shop I have ever been too. They all communicate and pay attention to detail and quality.
