Firestone Complete Auto Care

The tires were fine, but here's my issue. We dropped the vehicle off at 8am around 1130 I got a call asking if we wanted to buy two more tires, we declined, I then asked if the car was done and I was told "No, not yet, we will call you when it's done" Cool. No problem. Well I never received another call so we went up there at 530, because they close at 6 supposedly...and not only was the car done, we saw it in the lot, and I got no call but they also closed early. So my husband was supposed to use the car tonight and now we will have to figure something else out for no reason other than no one could pick up a phone, and then they closed early. I don't like to be negative and complain but seriously? I took them at their word, because why would I think calling when it's ready would be an issue, next thing I know it's a little after 5 and I realize I still haven't received a phone call. I do not understand but my experience this second time was terrible. I made an appointment to get my brakes inspected. I need a oil change and tires rotated. They gave me a 10 o'clock appointment. I brought my truck in at eight o'clock because, the weather was not too good. The day of my appointment I dropped my vehicle off. There was not that many vehicles in parking lot. I NEEDED my brakes fix that day. I call them at 12 o'clock. They still have not expected my vehicle. So they decided to call me at 3 o'clock and tell me that my vehicle was fine. I didn't need no brakes oil change or tired rotated. Keep in mind they put the sticker in the window. Telling me to come back to them to have these things done. I drove off with my vehicle not fixed and they made me pay for the inspection, something they did not do. My whole day was messed up I lost $40 to Uber. Just took my car for an oil change. The appointment was booked (by phone and not online) and confirmed yesterday. When I arrived, I was told I did not have an appointment. There was also no information in the computer system. I was told it was the call centers fault. They said it happens all the time. Since I had no appointment, they would not complete the work that I had scheduled. When I asked for a manager, I was told there is no manager. I would encourage everyone to avoid this place. Reliability is important. With a lack of a manager there is just no accountability.
