Was just unable to get an emissions test. When I showed up I was told their tester quit and I might be able to get a test done later that week. Didn't stick around to make an appointment
Scared to go there after the terrible reviews. Don't like grouchy old men. Don't like people who make fun of others that have to wear masks due to health concerns. Some folks had to wear masks for reasons before COVID hit our world. Doesn't sound like good customer service or respect where I'd want to spend my money.
I went there for emission test and I have to say it was fast and smooth. Very helpful, kind and gentle. I say gentle because they took care of an elderly woman. When I was there they took their time and made sure she understood everything.
