Great customer service, fair and honest pricing. I’ve been coming here for years and have compared Felsing with other mom and pop mechanics, dealerships, and even mechanics I personally know and they are by far the most consistent in every aspect. My car broke down over the holidays when I was visiting from Louisiana. Despite a crammed schedule from Christmas and the winter storm, Felsing's was able to quickly diagnose and fix my vehicle and get me on my way home on a short turnaround. A+ service throughout and honest pricing.

I have been going to Felsing for a few years now. I started going there because they are only 6 blocks from my house, but I keep going because I've only ever had super positive experiences with them. Their front office staff are always SUPER helpful and friendly. The repairs are always done well and don't ever have to be fixed again later. I never feel blindsided by extra charges beyond the original estimation. They are always pretty realistic with telling me upfront it might take a while to fit me in, but in they often end up being pretty fast at getting my car back to me, which I very much appreciate.
