The word appointment- Does it have a flexible meaning? Twice I have set appointments at the Brookfield location, the first time, for a simple oil change, it took them close to 4 hours to complete, meanwhile, they were taking walk ins ahead of my vehicle. Yesterday, I had a scheduled appointment for 8 am. I go there a little early and met with a snarky little guy who said, oh sorry, our online scheduling system is broken and we have 8 people set for 8 am...I called and made the appointment BTW. I looked around, and there was nobody there, I said, I'm here, why can't you take my care now? Another excuse. It can get done today, it will just take a little longer. I asked how much longer, and he answered about 3 or 4 hours. If this was the first instance of this, I may have been ok with it, but it is the second time. We won't come back and already found a service station that does quality work... as well as use the proper GM Oil for our cars instead of their mixed down versions.
