Used to be good when Lou was still in customer service. Now with him gone they dropped the ball twice. First with a simple tire change that was scheduled for 8am bit didn't happen until 9am with our yelling is that they were short a man. Instead they let us wait until the job was finished after 9.30. Second after(!) the tires were changed they told us that they profile is work and we need new ones... So we asked them to order new winter tires. No one called us, no one contacted us. When I went back days later i was told that for this size winter tires are not produced any more. But he would look around. After another couple of days and still no call i went back and they told us the same. A day later i told them to find winter tires on rims that would work (the Fiat 500 can have multiple sizes). After a week(!) nothing and now they tell me the guy is on vacation for the next 2 weeks... Looking for another dealer now. Avoid them, customer service and management/organization went down the

I am extremely impressed by the compassion and professionalism of the people I worked with today at Goodyear in Brookfield. The lady (Mary) behind the front desk was able to work with me to find the best solution to my car’s problem which was VERY appreciated. Then I watched the manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) stand in the rain to help an elderly customer double check something on an their car which absolutely floored me. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful to customers. I am so impressed by the people who work here, plan to come back in the future, and would recommend this location to friends and family.

I love the fact that Mary is up front to greet customers and do initial assessment. I trusted her immediately! The people were highly professional and worked fast. I’ll come back any future needs.
