Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went thrice so far, but never had the chance to drop off the car. Was told that the wait time was 4-5 hours during each visit. The employees make you wait in your car for at least 30 minutes, before they come to talk.

We asked for a single tire change and we waited about 3 hours for them to just barely start the process. We were the only people in line for a tire change and they still took forever. Horrible service and incredibly slow workers. Service: Tires

I used to go to Walmart all of the time to have tires mounted and balanced, but the last couple of times, they've given me excuses that are outright lies about why they can't do it. Gentleman measured the very edge of my tire and said it was at 3/32s and that they only do greater than 4/32s and that they were too worn, so he couldn't do it. I looked up Walmart's policy, and it says 3/32s or greater. Went across the street to Les Schwab and they do it no problem, and tell me they're at 6/32s, and that the tread typically isn't as deep because they're summer sport's car tires. Last year I was here they wouldn't plug my tire because the hole was "on the side wall." It wasn't, it was definitely on the bottom of tire, maybe half an inch away from the sidewall. Same thing, went to Les Schwab and they did it no problem. Like I said, I've probably had tires swapped out at least 20 times at Walmart, but I think I'm done from now on. Seriously, why do they make it so hard to give them money? Oh
