I've been coming here for a few years now and up until recently everything was good. But I've had 2 bad experiences now which really bothers me. The first incident was when they told me I needed new brakes and rotors despite the fact that the rotors were perfectly fine and the brakes were not in immediate need of change. I have a private mechanic who inspects these things for me to make sure I'm not being duped. I just came in for an oil change and noticed the day after that I had an oil puddle in my driveway. My mechanic found that they didn't bother tightening the oil drain plug all the way and we found major leakage. Sad to say but I will not be returning to Tire Factory.
Lied about the work they did to fix our AC. Took it back 3 times and they just shrugged their shoulders. Hundreds of dollars later, we took the car for a second opinion and they fixed a gasket that Richland Tire claimed they rebuilt... Beware
