I bring my vehicles for battery service, oil change, brake service. The staff is very welcoming and recognizes me and my history when I call in; which is greatly appreciated. Customer service is amazing.
The ONLY reason they don't get 5 star: I just received my uodated Tri-City Battery credit card in the mail in November. When I tried to pay for my service using it, I was informed they no longer accept it! I LOVE Tri-City Battery, but may have to go somewhere that will accept a Goodyear credit card. ????
Service was quick and professional. Appreciated the honesty as well. I could have been charged for their service, but it was a mistake I made and they were efficient to notice a blunder on my part. - Thanks much for your service!
