We took our 2022 Hyundai to Richland Collision because someone's car door banged into our passenger door in heavy wind and it sustained a sizeable dent. I researched a few places and this location had excellent reviews. And it was close to home. The other party's insurance worked with the owner here. Everything was done in a timely manner and with excellent care, service and work. It looks like new and like nothing ever happened. Great job!! Thank you!

This is the third time that I have used Richland collision services and I am very pleased at the results of every repair. This last winter we had a huge windstorm and trash cans blew against my truck. Arsen the owner, is forthright, detailed and thorough. His workers especially his repair guy are above excellent. I would recommend him highly if you’re looking for a repair for your vehicle.

A year ago, my car was hit in a parking lot. The driver side door had been smashed in so far that there was a three inch gap with the door frame letting in all the cold air. Arsen was able to fit me in two weeks later. They replaced the front door and fixed the dents and molding in the passenger door. At that time, the temperature was in the teens and the adhesive for the molding couldn’t cure properly. When I went back, Arsen taped it down as a temporary fix and said to come back when it was a bit warmer. When I went back (ten months later), Arsen, himself, fixed the molding for me. When I offered to pay (because who waits ten months with a temporary fix) he insisted that he was just completing the job. Having the opportunity to talk to him and hear his story, I was astounded by his perseverance and genuine love of his family and his craft. Thank you Arsen for fixing my car, but also for the hope and positivity your story brings!
