They did what they could but the car wasn't worth fixing. Their patience with everything was exceptional as they let it sit on their lot while I figured things out. I give them 5 stars for the research and patience they exhibited.

Honest and reliable. My vehicle is at the mileage where things are bound to start breaking. I’ve had to make two trips into Redmond tire pros in the last month. They got my vehicle into the shop right away and did same-day repairs both days. They communicated the problems and the repairs very well with me. They worked to save me as much money as they possibly could. When I even asked if I should do additional parts repair as a preventative measure, they explained to me that it was not necessary to do so. Other mechanics I’ve encountered in the past would’ve absolutely tried to sell me way more than would have been necessary, but they truly only fix what is needed.

Redmond Tire Pros are locally owned and operated and the management and team all did a great job replacing 2 of my car's tires (ordering the ones I researched) on a quick timeline so I could get back to work. Their prices are competitive and everyone I interacted with treated me with kindness, honesty, and respect (something that isn't always the case with women + cars). It's been about 6 months since they replaced the tires and they're still going strong :) We actually drove here ~2 blocks down the road (on a blown out tire) after our experience at Firestone and I'm happy we did!
