As a result, I would like to compliment the Manager of the Olympia store (also a Brian) for going beyond what he needed to in order to satisfy an 85 year old, longtime customer who had an issue with a product. Needed a pair of tires as i just found a hole in one. Called an hour before they close, sat on hold 20 min, was then transferred, and eventually hung up on. Tried to call back just to find out if they had them and what price. 5 min conversation max. Just rings. Find somewhere else if you care about customer service.

Very efficient and good service. Has a nail in my tyre. They topped up air and gave appointment of next day for repair. The air pressure hel and when reached there next day, they did the job chop- chop!
