Discount Tire

I’ve been to many locations, this one was by far the most impressive. Lots of great parking, not too busy, and the staff here are quick to get you in and out! I wanted to complement Zack and also Tyler specifically for taking such great care of me. I came in, since there was a nail that was, unfortunately lodged into one of my tires. Not only did they take care of it, but they completed the job before the estimated completion time they originally gave me. Compliments to this entire team, and the person who trained them! Discount tire is a great company, and for those of you who don’t know they offer free flat repairs assuming they can actually fix where the nail is located.

Excellent service. I was waiting in parking lot barely a minute and a staff member came to tell me they were ready for me to pull into bay. Really prompt, courteous service, I feel I can always rely on Discount Tire. Thank you for upholding high standards when these days it’s hard to come by! Also super easy to order tires online with quick delivery so we could take care of this while on a road trip.

Discount tire is usually a good experience. This was my first time at this store and in the words of Jerry Seinfeld. "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.". I went to sit down (very well socially distanced) in their waiting area and noticed I had received a text message saying that I had checked in. A few minutes later that they had started working on my car. And less than 15 minutes later that my car was ready. I went over and asked and they said there were still many people in front of me. I waited over 2.5 HOURS after my reservation time before they even started on my car. BTW, they were scheduling people until 8pm if you called in so if you're having tire problems they'll probably take care of you.
