Firestone Complete Auto Care

Spent over $200 to get my AC recharged for it to just start blowing warm air again & in less than a month! Then the only option I have to get it resolved is to drop off my only transportation at 7 AM & leave it there all day to get it diagnosed and hopefully resolved...

I had a tire going flat late on a Friday. The lady at Firestone was wonderful! The front desk lady stayed late while I waited for a ride home, I left my car. They had it done by 11:30 on Saturday, I got four new tires which I needed. I didn't get my window washer fluid filled but that was okay. Great price and wonderful service!! I highly recommend these people!

2 stars because I've had good experience here 1st 2 times. This time around was something different. Other google reviewers seem to have a similar experience. Waited for 2 hours (came with kids and walked the neighborhood) only to find the car still parked with no work done. I had to take the car back without any work done. They want you to leave the car overnight. If the techs are busy, atleast tell me beforehand. I'll update my review if I get my car worked on in time promised next time around. I live 25 minutes away and wasted half a day of work because I was lied to at this place.
