Came in with an appointment to have a very minor suspension part replaced and was refused service. Michael's Auto Repair brought my car into the shop for all of 15mins before coming back to tell me that there was a frozen bolt and they did not want to work on it. I offered to pay hourly above the book time and was still refused. They only tried removing this bolt with an impact gun and did not attempt to use penetrant or heat. It seems if the job is not an easy one then Michael's Auto Repair is not interested. Two stars instead of one, because I was not charged anything and was able to speak with the owner. Fair pricing on the quote they gave me.
