Communication with AA Auto is always tops. Chris called a couple of times to give me updates and verification of service. The car is now running much smoother after the tune up. I was however disappointed when I got into the car and not have it vacuumed, it is a service that I have always looked forward to from AA Auto. Funny something so small as that means a lot. 10/10 recommend this place! I recently moved to WA from PA and registered my car, however, the rear plate screws were not budging at all. I called at 3PM on a Friday, and they told me to come through. They helped me right away and secured my new WA plates! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a car issue before; highly recommend visiting here! Very professional and kind individuals :)

We had our 2000 Ford Focus in for a tune up a few weeks ago when it was running rough. They replaced the coil pack and all seemed fine until it starting running even worse than before. We dropped in at 8:00 AM without calling ahead and the promised to figure out the problem and fix it as soon as possible. By late morning they had determined it was a defective coil pack and replaced it on warranty and free of any service charge. They were very apologetic about the problem and as always they stood behind their service. We would never take any of our cars anywhere else.
