They are scammers, do not trust these mechanics. they let me down. Pay 465.24 for nothing. They say they have been around for 55 years but have no new car experience. I brought you a 2016 Chevy Malibu ECO because the car was losing power from one moment to the next and they checked it and had it for several days and they did not find the problem. I showed them that this car has 2 batteries and they told me that they had never seen this type of car before. I also took him to repair the air conditioning and they couldn't because they needed a special tool that they didn't have and they wanted to charge me 2000 dollars and in 1 day I found what the problem was and repaired it, it was only changing the doors of the fans and I only had to remove the glove box on the passenger side and some moldings and that's it. Very customer friendly. I lost my wallet a few days before my scheduled appointment and have to cancel all my credit and debit cards. I explained the situation and they allow me to write a personal check instead of rescheduling my appointment. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle to and from home. The service turned out much quicker than expected, but it is nice to know you have the option to leave if the service takes a long time. They gave me a list of suggested maintenance procedures and prices along with my bill, so I can schedule and budget ahead for the future. Service: Oil change
