Updated 8/15/23: The team @ Sameday Auto Scratch & Wheel Repair REALLY DO STAND BEHIND their work, and their word! David Hicks @ Sameday contacted me immediately after my concern was raised, we discussed the situation and David went well beyond our expectations to have the issue remedied. Going forward if we have ANY wheel issues, SAMEDAY will be my FIRST STOP, and based on their professionalism, my ONLY STOP! THANK YOU DAVID & TEAM! Previous review 7/25/23: My worst fears have surfaced after only a week of having the "refinished" wheel on the road. The rough texture left behind by Sameday Auto Scratch & Wheel Repair is attracting AND almost imbedding road grime and brake dust into its pores. The wheel was never polished correctly thus leaving this result. The clean-up process now is much more involved, and I can only hope that it does not get worse over time. ****Initial review: AS MUCH as I was hoping for a 5 out of 5 Stars for Sameday, the result for my 2023 Mini Cooper Countryman

Upon receiving a quick photo estimate for two door dings that were smaller than the size of a penny and did not require a paint job, a price of $2000 was quoted, which I found to be exorbitant. Given that the repair job would have taken approximately 30 minutes to complete, the cost seemed unjustifiably high. As a result, I opted to have the repair work done in Vancouver for $170, with the same job being performed to perfection. I am left wondering why such high prices are being charged for what should be a relatively straightforward and small repair. Absolutely ridiculous prices here.
