My Subaru Forester was rearended on the highway and the entire crumple zone, well, crumpled. The spare tire absorbed the shock, but that also meant the car crumpled around the spare tire and I couldn't even pull it out. The entire undercarriage needed to be replaced, it was a significant amount of labor. It took about 7 months to get my car into the shop, but once I could bring it in, they finished all the work in 2 weeks instead of the promised 3. Other shops had quoted me 6 weeks due to the amount of damage. The car looks brand new, and it was AllState's recommended body shop (since they were paying for it, I'm assuming they didn't think it was overpriced). I can't say enough great things about Exotic Motors. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. They set clear expectations about scheduling and approximate repair time from the very first estimate meeting. What I appreciated the most was that I was given progress updates throughout the entire repair process. My car looks good as new!

Victor was a pleasure to work with, and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. Even when I perceived there to be a problem with my repairs, he wanted to make it right and turns out there was no problem at all, just leftover polishing compound. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.
